This position is contingent upon contract award

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support at action item status meetings, and participate and run various internal and external committees, integrated product teams, staff meetings and other meetings as directed
  • Track, file, close, and archive Tracking Information & Enterprise Response (TIER) actions initiated by internal and external organizations to include assigning, coordinating, consolidating and evaluating group responses in order to present a polished, timely and accurate product
  • Coordinate with office leadership to assign tasks, track, and coordinate questions directed to Program leadership received from other directorates
  • Coordinate responses and assess for accuracy prior to senior management review
  • Monitor process on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending, new actions
  • Disseminate policy and legislative changes to appropriate parties internal to the Agency
  • Draft, proofread, edit and provide final review of internal and external correspondence
  • Coordinate and maintain presentations for audiences up to the Agency level; maintain a quality control process for all presentations
  • Support development and coordination of Weekly Activity Reports
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' industry experience with an understanding of general Director's Action Group (DAG) processes
  • Must be proactive, able to work well independently and in groups, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Occasional travel required
  • NRO experience desired
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
