Are you passionate about Building Information Modeling (BIM) and looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? We're seeking a BIM Manager to lead AutoCAD and Revit operations, ensuring seamless coordination of project information models. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with operations and multi-disciplinary teams, perform mechanical design work, support mechanical estimating, and assist in business development as needed.

What You'll Do:
Oversee the entire BIM project life cycle, from initial planning to final execution.
Manage project models and coordinate conflicts before installation.
Conduct field surveys across various locations in the U.S. to ensure accurate modeling.
Work directly with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure coordination drawings, shop drawings, and mechanical diagrams are completed and submitted on time.
Attend BIM coordination meetings and contribute to design production documents.
Support the team with drafting, construction drawings, and technical details using AutoCAD and Revit.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience: Associate's degree or relevant experience in drafting, BIM coordination, or design production.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and experience with MEP multi-disciplinary Revit coordination. Additional experience with MS Office Suite (or Google Workspace), Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint is a plus.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Team Player & Self-Starter: Strong written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a professional environment.
Travel Requirement: This role may require travel to project sites across the U.S.
Background Check: Employment may be subject to verification of previous work experience, education, criminal history, and driving record. Some projects may require access to secure government sites.
