Coordinate inspections and collaborate with case partners
Work directly with attorneys, experts, vendors, and insurance representatives to schedule inspections, review evidence, and ensure smooth case progression.

Prepare case materials and maintain organized documentation
Draft summaries, investigative reports, and damage assessments. Keep files and records current, accurate, and audit-ready to support litigation or negotiation efforts.

Able to document findings clearly, maintain detailed records, and collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and external partners.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage volume
Capable of balancing multiple investigations while ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
