Position Title: Special Education Classroom Aide + Location: Richfield, Wisconsin + Pay: Up to $20/hour + Start Date: ASAP + Contract Length: Through the end of the school year + Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM | ~35 hours/week + Openings: 2 positions + 1 Elementary + 1 Middle School PositionOverview A Richfield area school is seeking high-energy, experienced Special EducationClassroom Aides to join our team. These paraprofessional roles are criticalin supporting instruction for students with special needs while helping managebehaviors as part of a comprehensive educational approach. Flexibility iskey-candidates must be willing to assist where needed across grade levels. KeyResponsibilities + Provide instructional support under the direction of certified teachers. + Assist with implementing IEP goals and accommodations. + Support classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment. + Manage behaviors as needed while focusing primarily on instructional support. + Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs. Qualifications + Strong experience working with students in special education settings. + Special Education Aide License (district will cover cost for first-time applicants). + Associate's degree OR willingness to complete the Master Teacher Program prior to start (required for Title I compliance). + Ability to demonstrate readiness for challenging situations with proven strategies and tools. + High energy, adaptable, and committed to student success.
