**Machine Operator**
**Shifts Available:** 2nd and 3rd Shift
**Starting Pay:** $21-$25/hour (based on experience and shift
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and operate various types of production equipment
+ Perform line changeovers and make necessary equipment adjustments
+ Conduct product sampling for quality control checks
+ Follow standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance schedules
+ Load and unload materials from machines
+ Package, case, and palletize finished products
+ Monitor production lines, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform minor repairs as needed
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
+ At least 1 year of machine operating experience
+ Ability to read and follow work orders and written instructions
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
+ Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs or more frequently
+ Strong basic math skills
+ Experience in a food production environment is preferred but not required

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Norway, IA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
