Johnson & Johnson is actively hiring multiple medical device assemblers to assist with production demand and new product development. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering job stability and advancement potential for career minded individuals. **Position Title:** Medical Device Assembler **1** **st** **Shift:** 6AM-2:30PM **Pay Rate:** $24 Hourly **Benefit Package:** Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation, Sick Time, & Holiday Pay **Location:** Irvine, CA **Position Summary:** Medical Device Assemblers will be responsible for assembling small medical components under a microscope, ensuring precision and quality in a clean room environment. This role requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail while following safety and regulatory guidelines. Join our team to help produce life-enhancing devices and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused workplace! **Responsibilities:** + Perform assembly tasks using binocular or digital microscopes to assemble medical devices, catheters, stents. Magnifications typically range from 4x to 20x. Must have at least 6 months of experience in microscope-based assembly within a manufacturing environment. + Must be willing to work under a microscope for the duration of the shift, ensuring consistent focus and precision in assembly tasks. + Assembly will take place in a clean room environment, requiring adherence to proper gowning procedures and clean room protocols. + Collaborate within a team environment, providing constructive feedback as needed. Strong verbal and comprehension skills are appreciated for effective communication. + Utilize small hand tools, razor blades, tweezers, adhesives, and proprietary tooling. + Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, SOP's, visual aids, and engineer drawings in English. + Perform other duties as assigned.
