Located in northwest Alaska, Red Dog Mine is one of the world’s premier producers of zinc and operates on land owned by the NANA Regional Corporation. Our 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off fly-in, fly-out rotation supports a meaningful balance between rewarding work and time at home. On site, you’ll enjoy modern accommodations, meals, and access to weight rooms, cardio spaces, movie rooms, and wellness activities—all within a welcoming and safety-focused community.

Operate 777 haul trucks and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Complete pre-operational checks and shift paperwork to ensure equipment is running properly
Support safe and productive site operations by following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Contribute to a high-performance team that values safety, respect, and continuous improvement
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn and follow direction
Ability to work outdoors in Arctic conditions and a remote camp environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, safety-first attitude
Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset , but not required—we provide hands-on training
A consistent 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule
Fly-in, fly-out transportation from designated hubs
Meals and lodging provided on site, along with access to fitness facilities and wellness activities
