We are in need of a Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video and drone footage as well as experience in editing and creating marketing materials. The saying ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’ is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio. • Photograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast
• Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients
• Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible
• Edit and manipulate photos to produce high quality results

Qualifications:

• Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment
• Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must
• Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person
• Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines
• Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes
• Must be drone certified
• Will assist with putting out real estate signs as well as picking them up
