We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Outside Sales Field Trainer with a strong background in virtual onboarding to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both in-person field training and remote onboarding of new sales representatives. This hybrid role combines hands-on coaching and development with virtual training to ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to succeed in the field. The Outside Sales Field Trainer will be a critical resource for new hires and current sales team members, enhancing performance, boosting morale, and driving success in both virtual and field environments.
