Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain and manage monthly recurring entries in accounting software system.
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable reconciliations to the general ledger.
• Analyze and review budgeting variances, adjusting as necessary and communicating changes with management.
• Preparation of the month-end financial statements.
• Provide backup to accounting staff, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with applicable experience is required. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Must have proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Organization and time management skills must be excellent.
