This People Team subject matter expert serves as a trusted advisor to People Business Partners and senior leaders in initiatives pertaining to organizational health, culture integration, workforce planning, and capability building, while supporting the evolution of our Change Management Center of Excellence (COE). Working within the Organizational Development team, you will also build enterprise practices that improve how teams of the future work together in order to foster a high performance culture. You combine strategic consulting skills with hands-on experience in complex organizational design, change management, team effectiveness, and strategic workforce planning.
