Learn more about our team and our mission here ( . **About the role** This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you will be empowered to own the entire candidate journey. We need a recruiter who can think outside the box, leverage unconventional sourcing techniques, and educate the team on building a highly effective, equitable, and uniquely Tapestry-style hiring process. You will manage the entire candidate process, leveraging your creative problem-solving skills to prioritize limited time and resources to reach the team's ambitious growth goals. Your ownership will include everything from generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate. **How you'll make 10x impact:** + **Innovative Sourcing & Strategy:** Develop and execute highly creative and targeted outreach campaigns to engage and source high-quality, passive, mission-driven talent, particularly in the deep-tech and energy sectors. + **Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting:** Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for critical technical roles, including Software Engineers (SWEs), Machine Learning/AI Engineers, and + specialized Infrastructure talent. + **Market Intelligence:** Become an expert on key talent pools, mapping out industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes (especially in climate/energy and tech) to inform and influence Tapestry's talent strategy. + **High-Touch Candidate Experience:** Provide an efficient and exceptional experience for every candidate, negotiating and closing complex offers for top technical talent in a highly competitive market. + **Process Ownership & Innovation:** Drive continuous improvement by analyzing recruiting metrics, leveraging data from Greenhouse to identify bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and equity. + **Strategic Partnership:** Collaborate with hiring managers to understand niche role requirements, align on long-term talent acquisition strategies, and effectively manage the interview process to ensure preparedness and clear communication. **What you should have:** + 5 years of experience building teams as an in-house recruiter, with a mix of big tech and startup experience. + Demonstrated experience using creative and innovative sourcing techniques to build diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines. + Stellar past record of hiring ML/AI Engineers and general SWEs in record time, and with hard-to-close talent. + Experience hiring technical talent in the renewable energy, power systems, or deep-tech industry. + Experienced user of Greenhouse as an ATS system, including pulling data reports from the platform. + Exceptional closing and negotiation skills for complex compensation packages. + Experience managing hiring managers and strong communication. + Comfort with a high rate of change and the ability to operate with autonomy and flexibility in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment. + A passion for driving equitable processes & building the best, diverse teams. + Willingness to be challenged and practice their growth mindset. **It'd be great if you had these:** + Experience managing an internship or university recruiting program. + Excited about data and metrics, with experience creating hiring dashboards and analytical reports. + A deep, mission-driven passion for climate and energy and building world-changing teams from the ground up. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000 - $157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
