Job Description

Maverc Technologies is in search of a talented Tech Writer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation that enhances our products and helps our clients fully understand their functionalities. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and transform complex concepts into user-friendly content.

Your key responsibilities will include drafting, editing, and reviewing a variety of documents including user manuals, technical specifications, training materials, and online help documentation. You will ensure that all documentation meets quality standards and aligns with company branding and messaging. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the documentation processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation in the IT industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar.
  • Experience in creating content for various audiences and adapting communication style accordingly.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
